  • due     - Semester Long Project - SP2020 - Yielding to Pedestrians

    • • • • The main assignment in this class is a semester-long public academic project that will be decided by me and several other professors. Students will become researchers, going out into the field and collecting data. Students are not responsible for analyzing data, but we will finish the project, including a write-up (where student researchers will be credited!!). The purpose of this assignment is to give students and idea of the full process of conducting research from coming up with an idea, planning, constructing, and implementing a research project from start to finish. Previous projects have included observing obstructions in NYC's bike lanes.
